Welcome to Gratitude Mojo … Lynne and I are so glad to have you on this journey with us. This isn’t a race so we suggest that you give yourself time to settle into this practice. Think about how you want this practice to serve you and how to best fit it into your life so that it becomes a pleasant habit and not a chore.
This post is primarily for annual subscribers and the regular posting process will begin with the Tuesday post this week. If you haven’t become a paid subscriber yet and would like to, just subscribe here.
Here’s how your annual newsletter subscription fits into the process. There will be three newsletter posts per week:
Sunday: The primary post will focus on the practice of gratitude with stories, new studies, quotes, questions and some exceptional short videos. This will be the primary community post so we encourage you to use this post to ask questions, share insights, introduce yourself, and encourage others. This is the only post that will be restricted to those of us actually working in the Gratitude Mojo workbook.
Tuesday & Friday: Gratitude practice related quotes, stories, questions, activities. While these posts will be open to the greater community, we encourage you to share your thoughts and questions here also.
If you have already subscribed for an annual subscription, your printable pdf has been sent to you by separate email and there are some guidance below on printing and binding your workbook. Because we believe strongly in the benefits of having a gratitude buddy, we will also send a copy of the pdf and an annual newsletter subscription to a friend if you email us their name and email address … to:

Do-It-Your-Way
Gratitude Mojo is a guided workbook that could change your life as you open up to the wonder of gratitude and walk into deep appreciation of your self and your own unique life.
Step 1 CHOICES … preparing your journal.
There are two primary options (and you might think of more):
1. PRINT … the printable pdf can be printed on your own printer or at a local print shop. Either way, we suggest printing it on 24# or better paper. Two-sided. Black and white. Many commercial printers (UPS, Staples, Fedex) have an online process for uploading the file and leaving instructions for printing and easy pick up.
BINDER … can be spiral bound (your printer can do this) or hole-punched for the binder of your choice.
2. ONLINE … you could use the many prompts, quotes and questions to guide your writing in any journal you choose.
Step 2 HOW … think about how to make this an engaging, fulfilling process that you will want to do every day.
a. WHEN … what part of the day will be best for you? Most people choose morning or evening. Whenever you do it, consistency helps build the practice into a habit.
b. WHERE … having a fixed, peaceful place where you can reflect on your life will help you drop quickly into gratitude.
Step 3 BUDDY … while gratitude journaling is a solo practice, many people find it even more impactful when they have a companion on the journey. Don’t forget to send us the name and email of the person you would like to have on this journey with you. Send to info@gratitudemojo.com, Subject: GIFT.
Step 4 MAKE IT FUN and engaging … many people like to use colored pens, sticky notes, and stickers. You may want to light a candle or do a short meditation before beginning. Follow your own path.
Remember: Many studies have found gratitude journaling to be an amazing way to enhance happiness, health, relationships, and success. However, the bottomline is how it helps YOU.
Gratefully …
