And now the trillion dollar question - what can we do about it now that the deck is so stacked against us?

Mark … how I wish there were a solid answer to that critical question. From what I read, it seems to boil down to resisting … most of us in small ways that seem so powerlessly insignificant … some of us … the courts, corporate and organization leaders … the influencers using their circle of influence to stand up and speak out. While HOPE seems just out of reach, we have to believe we can bring sanity back to our country and our future.

None of us can do everything … all of us can do something. I hope this doesn’t sound preachy … I am just as dumbfounded at the chaos and cruelty I see as you and millions of us are.

It looks like we have to be our own heroes.

Your comments about the influencers, and all of us doing SOMETHING are spot on. But, it is so hard to counter all of the misinformation and fear that's continually generated by those who profit for those who have lost their sense of reason. Thank you for your piece. I'll keep my eyes and ears open for that "something."
