I am excited about the possibilities. The airbnb host where I'll be staying is an amateur archeologist ... and, since I'll be there on 9/23, an equinox day, it will be open to the public ... and he may be doing a drum circle there. I may need to work up a druidy costume. ;-) Come joiin me!
Ooooohhhh, how tempting! I think my "year of travel" cup is overflowing. Can't wait for photos, though. And a druid costume is definitely in order. Ask around for anyone who has attire for a local Renaissance Festival. Maybe you can borrow something flowing and ethereal.
I really like your post and wonderful attitude. Many years ago my father told me of a book he had read about centenarians. He recounted - When the author drove up and saw a very elderly man in the front yard at the address of his next book subject, he asked are you "John Smith" and was surprised when he got the response. No I'm Bill his brother . . . John's out back planting a tree.

I'm going to put that challenge into my notes I'm collecting as I try to get a feel for the trip. I can always say, "Becky made me do it!"
