I can't imagine watching someone drown if I was able to help them, did that really happen, I have no idea but it wouldn't be good if it did

continued reading says they may not have stood by and watched. Border agents were not allowed to enter a park that had been seized by the state ... so they couldn't go to the river where a distress signal had been given. I'm sure there will be more to the story. However, a woman and two children died because no one was allowed to help.

upon hearing more of the story ...

perhaps no one watched

it was just a radio call about distress

people without faces,

a macho dispute over territory

seized by a power deprived man

blind to lives on the other side,

deaf to the cries of the powerless.

not me,

not my job,

just following orders,

this way to the trains.
