Joyce, I just finished reading the Field Guide! It's wonderful, and I'm looking forward to the journey. Even though I've been on the platform for a year now, I still found some great tips here, especially the advice about keywords. I have not been using that helpful feature on Substack, and plan to make my list of keywords immediately! And also beginning to search more. It's so easy to become inundated with just keeping up and getting my essays out on time, that I don't do much research. Thanks for the reminder! 💜
Thanks, Sue. I wish I had spent more time with Strategy when I got started. Changing directions mid-stream is doable but more complicated. I love writing what I need to learn about. ;-)
I think many of us were in the same boat. It was a new platform with much to learn and not that many teachers to help. It's great to be moving into a time where we can assist each other and really make good use of Substack and all its features! 💜
I am excited about this opportunity to super-charge my Substack page [Diverse Voices - Bravo!] with features I was too timid to try on my own. This is a great opportunity to enhance my skills in the company of an engaging guide. I even invited a friend, a wannabe Substack newbie, to join me.
I am so excited about this opportunity; I just forwarded your message to a writer friend in Toronto and asked her to join us on this learning adventure. Thanks for making this happen.
Thank you very much Grace. Just downloaded and will dive into this material. I've started this journey 6 months ago, but still need to learn so much!
Your field guide is great, Joyce. Excellent work. Look forward to more!
Thanks, Paul ... I appreciate your words.
Well deserved!
