Trump is a big talker, but he must be insecure if he needs the likes of Musk to hold his hand and wipe his ass. I wonder how long it will be till Musk stabs him in the back while wiping his ass

Good question and I have no doubt that Musk has a hold on him that’s bigger than money. The ending of this isn’t written and it will most likely be epic.

Good write, Joyce! I'm so glad you are writing the Love Letters and helping to educate and activate, reminding us to take care of ourselves in the process.

Another of Musk's 'contributions' is Starlink - part of SpaceX. It may soon be the monopoly in rural areas that have no other broadband choice - and as usual, the customer are paying a high price ($120 a month) for the privilege of the monopoly. It doesn't surprise me, for me it connects some of the dots of WHY Musk was given DOGE. Forget dark skies - biggest light-polluter on the planet... and there's the space junk falling to the earth as they have a relatively short life span (only 7 years) and disintegrate and 'burn up' - affecting the ozone, before whatever doesn't burn, falls to earth. You can bet he won't be cleaning that up!

Right now there are 7,000 of these things in the sky but Musk is aiming for 42,000! That doesn't even factor-in the competitors like Amazon, all clamoring for a piece of the sky and the profit$. The environmental risks and damages alone are nightmarish. This article doesn't even talk about the radioactive EMFs raining down on us that are at least 10 times higher than older satellites - primarily from the batteries used (likely lithium-ion). People should know about this so they can decline using it if possible.

You are a fountain of wisdom! I'm starting to know way more than I ever wanted to know about EM. ;-)

apologies, Joyce. it can be a downer to know stuff - i hope forewarned is forearmed, though.

Thinking of you as you take the next several days to heal from surgery and enjoy life - do something wonderful for yourself. <3 maybe lunch with a good supportive friend, a nice bath, some art or poetry or music or a walk in nature.

Always good to read you. We are so resonant with one another, and you write so well.

I passed along a wonderful Musk expose:

Greg Palast takes off on Elon Musk

This will get your blood boiling

What can give you a thrill when you are the richest person in the world? Maybe to take it over.

I just watched the entire film, Vigilantes Inc - America's new Vote Suppression Hitmen. It was devastating, infuriating. But mostly devastating. Thanks for reminding us about Greg Palast. He has been at exposing the truth about voter suppression for a long time. Everyone should see the movie. The history on the Brian Kemp dynasty was particularly egregious and nauseating - that got my blood boiling. So much damage that monster and his monstrous ancestors have done, to so many black people.

I didn't even get to the Musk rant, but I know Mr. Palast waxes poetic when he writes - I just went straight to to his movie. Thank you. The movie is disturbing enough. Still nauseated and stricken over that.

I'll get to what Greg Palast writes about Musk. I did make a comment here about Starlink with a link to one of many articles about it, so people can boycott it.

Sue ... thanks for all you're doing. On another note ... have you listened to Vance's speech in Munich. If I didn't have some background on him, I'd think he sounds like a bright, strong leader ... I've never heard him sound like that before. Yes, he was a bit lecturey but he was lucid. I'm going in for cataract surgery so probably off for a few days but I want to check him out more ... assuming he's going to play a bigger role as we go along, I want to know more about him. Anyway ... nice to connect with you and your wise insights.

Agree that Vance sounded surprisingly lucid in Munich - and was glad to see the pushback he got from it. Vance's talk on AI at a huge conference sounded intelligent and lucid and i don't think there was a teleprompter or notes. His views are wack, though- and his arrogance is palpable.

Best to you in your cataract surgery, Joyce - take a few well deserved days off from this and fill your own creative well. Thanks for what you do.

I appreciate your feedback on Vance … I was wondering if it were just me. I may even listen again … after surgery. ;-)

The intent was provided, in writing, in advance of the elections. The intent is a dictatorship and complete elimination of democracy, the Constitution, and everything you think is yours. Your freedom, your money, your job, your vote, your future--all of whatever Trump thinks is in his way--he will crush it. The intent is to sell America to the highest bidder and all funds go into Trump's pockets. When voters put him back in office, he believes he has the support to do whatever the hell he wants to do. What is more concerning than Trump are all of the voters who said this is what they want for themselves and for all who did not vote for Trump. Musk is carrying out the dirty work. Nobody elected Musk.
